When you book an event coverage, please bear in mind the light availability in the location, the permission in using flash photography and the freedom to move in the chosen venue, that the photographer will have. Winter events are made more difficult to shoot by the lack of light, whilst summer celebrations have generally got the upper hand on this. For Christening ceremonies, for example, it is very common that the photographer is not allowed to use flash photography, and that he/she might need to keep a distance from the subjects. If the church has got poor light, this generally generates grainy images, because shot with a higher ISO. In a private home, the use of flash light can reduce the problem. If you are keen to have group pictures taken, please bear in mind the space available to gather groups and the time frame. These are just a few examples but I am happy to explain in detail, should you have any questions on the matter.
Package Sugar: £125
This is for babies and toddlers’ Birthday Parties and it includes:
• coverage of 2 hours. • up to 50 people party.
• travel expenses within 3 miles, coverage within 10 miles from KT12 only.

Package Honey: £145
This is for Wedding Anniversary and BIG Birthday Parties and it includes:
• coverage of 2 hours. • up to 60 people party.
• group pictures if schedule allows.
• travel expenses within 3 miles, coverage within 10 miles from KT12 only.
• the collection of all your images ready to print, uploaded on a secure server.
Package White: £155
This is for Christenings and it includes:
• coverage of 2 hours. • up to 70 people party.
• group pictures if schedule allows.
• travel expenses within 3 miles, coverage within 10 miles only.
• the collection of all your images ready to print, uploaded on a secure server.
Package Red: £190
This is for Sagaai, Garba, Raas, Pithi, Mehndi, Bridal Showers and Engagement Parties. It includes:
• coverage of 2 hours. • up to 80 people party.
• group pictures if schedule allows.
• travel expenses within 3 miles, coverage within 10 miles from KT12 only.
• the collection of all your images ready to print, uploaded on a secure server.
What it is not included:
• any extra time which we charge at £45 per any half hour.
• travel expenses outside the 3 miles radius which will be charge at £4 per mile.
• any CD or DVD will be charge £5 each.
• for any bigger size event wedding packages will apply.
Company policy and T&Cs
Payment: You would need to pay a 10% upfront and then the rest of the estimated cost on the day of the event. I respectfully remind you the deposit is not refundable and it can be paid by bank transfer or cash only, the bank details will be on your invoice.
All files will be stored for up to 2 months from the date of the session, after that they will be deleted from the archive. Please make sure you make a copy of the files sent to you.
Due to the nature of the business, no high resolution files will be release until the full payment is made to Lumax Photography LTD via cash or bank transfer (we do no longer accept cheques), all the details for the latter will be on your invoice.
